This little app works great. I used to use a different widget in past OS versions but it has since become obsolete. This new version seems to do the trick, I’m pleased with it.

This is an essential utility to have around when you’re wondering what your computer is doing. I check it when my CPU is working hard, when I want to know how my internet connection is working and when I want a quick glance at my remaining hard drive space. Recommended. Why only 4 stars? Because it’s spammy asking for reviews, ratings and promoting other apps by the same developer.
This program is very reliable, it is accurate with the information it provides and constaly responds to all its tasks. This one is a complete must have in your MAC IOS…
For a light weight app, it surley boggs down my system - with spinning beach ball and such. Back to normal after uninstall. Also, other than dragging it to trash, how can you clean it out in total?
All aspects of this app are precise and useful, updates are smooth, no problems what so ever!!!
Compact system information. very nice
informative, intuitive, and it works!
StatsBar provides all the necessary stats on the various functions of the computer in a simple and clean interface. Yes, it may duplicate functions found elsewhere, but thats the beauty of it. Everything you want to know in a single place. Easy worth the small cost and FIPLAB seems to continually improve on thier products - so I’m looking forward to what they add in the next release. Oh! and it also offers a notifications bar extension so you can see critical gauges there.
This app packs a lot of punch in a small space. It is intuitively easy to use. The key componenent is the clean memory function, which frees memory that had been reserved but no longer is in use. This keeps OS X running much faster and more reliably. This feature alone is worth the price of admission. The other very valuable function is the network monitor, which simply displays network activity. When network activity runs high while your network usage should be minimal, you know it is time to reset your network connection. Use of StatsBar makes significant progress toward a low-aggravation Mac experience.
I was hoping to get a list of the apps and functions that was using the most memory at any given time. Other than that, it works just fine.
I use this App every day; It gives me a window into the operation of my computer; I especially like to watch the Network In/Out megabits/second to keep track of my Internet speed. I also use it to monitor the total remaining disk space.
I live where I don’t have access to high speed internet, so am limited on how much data I can use each month. This app is invaluable in managing how I use my limited data.
If you looking for a monitoring system, simple to use, complete, and light this stausbar may be the good answer. Possible improvments: On status bar you can only have the memory usage. A good improvement is to add the possibility to see all disk usage with histogram bar on status bar.
Great app. It allows you to check a bunch of info about your computer without the need to follow a lot of steps. One click and it is done. The only strange thing is its age counter. I’ve bought this Mac one month ago and now the app says its age is 1.4 months. It seems to count each week as a month! But that’s a minor issue.
Incrivel. Muito bom. Parabéns aos developers
funtioniert….ist praktisch….
Lots of info, clean, and organized. Glad I got it.
This app is really nice, there is a lot of information and it come in andy a lot. I just confused because my computer says that i have 60% battery but the app says 57, not a big deal but i hope they will fix that.
for an imac it does not display the temperature, no fan speed, Istat was way better years ago for free.
Lots of very good things about this app and Ive been very happy with it in the past. However, the recent update seems to have introduced a bug which has it consuming large chunks of my CPU (and Im using a fully loaded rMBP 16/760SSD).
